Gerry Boyle is a former newspaper reporter and columnist. He lives in central Maine, the setting of his Jack McMorrow mystery series, featuring a former New York Times reporter self-exiled to the Maine woods. Boyle has begun a new series featuring a Portland, Maine boat bum named Brandon Blake. Boyle enjoys boats, books, birds, and beer.
